Ruben G. Lipszyc, the founder of BASE Management Consulting, is one of its directors and its principal partner.

 

Mr. Lipszyc's qualifications include an MBA as well as a Bachelor of Engineering & Management degree and he is Prosci ® ADKAR Change Management Certified. His professional experience includes over 25 years in a variety of project management, business analysis, strategic development, and business process improvement roles, both as an employee and a management consultant.

 

He has been a key contributor in initiatives that have won several awards.

Aside from consulting, Ruben Lipszyc is an avid baseball enthusiast who as well as being a fan and scholar has also coached Provincial Championship teams and is currently an umpire - having officiated at several National Championships - and writes about the game he loves and likes to give back to the baseball community.
